Travel photography is one of my favorite pastimes and a borderline obsession. I’ve been very fortunate to see quite a bit of the world so far, including some incredible solo journeys, and I’m always plotting and planning for the next adventure. Some of my happiest memories are of days spent wandering city streets, hiking mountain trails, or chatting up friendly strangers - always with my trusty Canon and a few go-to lenses at the ready. Whether it’s landscapes, cityscapes, statues, palaces, graffiti art, sunsets & sunrises, or just everyday people doing everyday things, I love to try to capture it all. I’m definitely the guy who will research online all night to find all the most ideal shooting locations and angles, then make it my mission the next day to hit as many of them as possible. I also enjoy the post-production aspects of digital photography and I’m always trying to keep up with with the amazing and evolving technology. My usual go-to for photo editing is Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator). While I’ve had some fun playing around with the latest AI photography tools, I’m a bit more of a purist and enjoy making the editing tweaks myself as I prefer my own eye for the finished product. I’ve often thought about combining my writing and photography skills for a future career. I love sharing my photos and stories, as well as giving travel tips and advice, and it would be a dream to do that on a larger scale.
